ELI land design has been constructing projects in the greater Houston area since 1997. Through these years of experience we have gained the knowledge necessary to foresee construction issues at the design stages. This helps reduce the stress during construction by limiting the need for unnecessary change orders and design modifications during construction. Starting from tree protection and site grading to laying out site furnishings ELI’s Construction team has experience in everything site related.
