The E.L.I. land design team was commissioned on July 29th, 2011 to design a 7 acre park for the Crown Ranch community located in Magnolia Texas. E.L.I. land design was selected to provide landscape architectural services for the the Crown Ranch park beacuse of our success with the design, construction, and the proven sustainability of the community main entrance and marquee built in 2006.
The Crown Ranch park will include a swimming pool with a Pavilion, splash pad, 2 tennis courts that can be converted to basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, multiple play sets, a meeting hall, and dramatic views all tied together by grade control and beautiful landscaping. As a team we are very excited to work on this project for the Crown Ranch community and development team. Currently we are in the conceptual stage of design.
